Former ‘sportscaster of the year’ to sign books Friday
A Badger sports commentator since 1988 will be on site at the University Book Store Friday to sign his sports memoir published in August.
Matt LePay’s non-fiction work, titled “Why Not Wisconsin? From Barry to Bo: Broadcasting the Badgers from the Best Seat in the House”, includes stories on sports personalities, coaches and players. LePay recounts his experiences giving the play-by-play over the last 20 years in the 256-page hardcover read.
The University Book Store is located at 711 State Street. LePay is scheduled to sign books from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
